State Level Elocution Competition

Reflection Foundation, in collaboration with Tilak B.Ed. College, has been conducting a State Level Online Elocution Competition for the past six years. The competition is open to students from grades 5 to 10, as well as B.Ed. college students, and is held in both Marathi and English.

Each year, participants are given diverse topics and asked to present their views through video submissions. These are evaluated by examiners, and winners are announced. The competition provides a valuable platform for young voices, encouraging them to express opinions confidently and engage with current social issues.

This initiative has reaffirmed our belief that today’s youth are strong, well‑read, and deeply aware of the world around them.

Life Skills Workshop

Academic excellence is an important aspect of a student’s life, shaping their career and future opportunities. To support this, we conducted an exclusive study skills program for 12th‑grade students. The initiative helped participants focus on their studies, remain calm, and build confidence. The response was overwhelmingly positive.

However, academics alone are not sufficient for holistic career growth. Life skills play an equally vital role. For the past two years, we have consistently worked with a defined age group, and the results have been very encouraging. These programs not only prepare students for professional success but also nurture them into confident, responsible individuals who contribute positively to society.

Palakshala

An initiative by Mr. Ratnakar Patil of Reflection Foundation, this project focuses on interactive sessions with parents regarding different issues which parents face while parenting their children. Through this project we have managed to touch the hearts of so many parents and help them reflect on their actions and thought process

Safe Touch Unsafe Touch

Sexual abuse of children has been rising significantly since last decade. With small.children being the soft target of sexual predators, the need to create awareness amongst children was the need of the hour. Keeping this in mind, we started conducting Safe Touch Unsafe Touch sessions for children in the year 2017. An initiative of Gravittus Foundation, these sessions primarily focus on teaching children about sexual abuse and its preventive measures. The modules are for  children from 3 years to 16 years and designed in a way which is easier for them to understand. We have managed to reach out to 5,00,000 students and 1400 schools so far.

Deaddiction Awareness Program

Addiction is a growing concern in society, affecting not only adults but also children as young as 10 to 12 years old. Exposure to mobile phones, television, whiteners, cigarettes, and alcohol has disrupted the lives of many children and families, impacting society at large.

Through Reflection Foundation, we have designed a De‑Addiction Awareness Program to address this issue at the grassroots level. The program helps children understand the harmful effects of addiction and encourages them to adopt healthy alternatives. Sessions are activity‑based and involve both children and parents, ensuring a holistic approach to prevention and awareness.

Discovering Adolscents

Adolescence is a critical phase marked by physical, emotional, moral, social, and intellectual changes. These transitions often influence behavior, and awareness is key to helping young people cope effectively.

Our Discovering Adolescence Program aims to educate students about these changes, minimizing negative effects on themselves and society. Sessions have been conducted for grades 8 to 10, reaching 19000 students.

We have observed that boys, in particular, benefit greatly from these sessions, as they often lack structured input about developmental changes compared to girls. The attentiveness and positive response from boys highlight the importance of this initiative.
